Welcome to my website! I have been working in video, as a videographer/ editor for many years. This website is dedicated to my still work. Still Photography is where it all started for me. Back in the day of film, I had the opportunity to shoot for many commercial accounts. When Digital Cameras came along, I did not hesitate. All those hours spent in the darkroom transitioned into learning Photoshop. I am still learning Photoshop. I was born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley and Sonoma respectively. Currently, I am primarily Oregon based, living and working on the flanks of Mt Hood. As a native of California, I do call The San Francisco Bay Area home and return often.

My mom was an artist and a musician. Being surrounded by creatives does help shape the creative spirit. My Dad built every house we lived in and I was always his right hand person. The official nail straightener. Today it’s hard for me to stay away from wood and my tools.

Photography is my first love. Spending time with my subject always drives me further. Whether a person, a place or an object, there is a story to hear and a story to tell. I gravitate toward conveying calm in my image making, connecting with my subject, and feeling the quiet beauty within.
